Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he would approach the Magistrate's Court and point out that the investigation is not being conducted. The Magistrate does have power of superintendence and, therefore, he would make an appropriate application in that behalf. Therefore, he does not press this petition at this stage. If his grievance is not addressed within a reasonable time he prays that liberty may be granted to approach this Court again. With this liberty he prays for withdrawal of this petition at this stage.

Criminal Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty and disposed of.
