Though the matter is repeatedly called out even after the recess but none appeared on behalf of the applicant. On face of record it appears that the revision applicant husband takes exception to the order dated 02.04.2019 passed by the learned Family Court, Dhule in Petition E310/2018, whereby the present revision applicant is under direction to pay Rs.1,500/- towards maintenance to the present revision non-applicant nos.1 to 3 along with litigation cost of Rs.1,500/-. 2.

On 08.05.2019, the present revision came to be instituted, however, since then the applicant has failed to work out the matter which shows that the applicant has no interest. Therefore, the present revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
