The learned AGP raises a preliminary objection about filing the writ petition by the petitioner directly to this Court instead of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, this Court is inclined to entertain the preliminary objection raised by the learned AGP, the Registry of this Court may be directed to transfer this petition

5439.16wp to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of this, the Registry of this Court is directed to transfer the petition to the Registry of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. On receipt of the petition, Registry of M.A.T. to convert this petition into Original Application. The learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to comply with all the requisite formalities necessary to be completed. The petitioner to appear before the the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal on 27th June, 2016.
