ORDER :

The State wants to challenge the decisions of the Reference Court. There is delay of around 1428 days in filing the appeals. Learned counsel Shri. Chillarge filed appearance for original claimants in all applications [except Civil Application Nos. 11671/2014 to 11674/2014] and waive notice. In view of the contentions made in the applications and submissions made and as the State was required to process the matter and get

sanction from various level, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. The applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. 2.

Call record and proceeding. Stand over to 27.6.2016. 3.

In stay applications, heard the learned AGP. Seen the judgment and award. This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within 10 weeks from today. In those terms, stay applications are allowed and disposed of. If the amount is not deposited within 10 weeks from today, it is to be presumed that there is no stay granted to the execution of the judgment and award.
