This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by Insurance company in the appeal.

Considering the facts of the case, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, following order:-

ORDER

a] Application stands allowed.

b] Applicant Nos. 1,6 and 7 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of their share alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. Further 25% of the amount deposited is allowed to be withdrawn with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Remaining amount be deposited in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed periodically pending the appeal.

c] So far as applicant Nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 are concerned, they are at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount of their share on attaining the majority.
