37ca7028.23 delay However, considering that the appeals are by the original Claimants whose lands are acquired, this Court is inclined to allow the applications subject to deposit of Court fees as per Section 7 of the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, within four weeks from today subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) to be deposited in the office of the Legal Aid Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad.
