DATED : 18 th June, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant for relaxation of condition. The condition was imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar on 23.3.2015 while releasing the applicant on bail. By the said condition, the learned trial court has directed the applicant to attend the court daily on working days between 11.00 to 13.00 hours till disposal of the case.

2] The applicant is one of the accused in Crime No. 103 of 2013 of Bhokar police station for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 353, 143 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, and under Section 3 of the Prevention of Public Property Act. 3] After registration of the crime, till charge sheet was filed, the applicant was absconding and only thereafter he was apprehended. This fact demonstrates that the applicant is not readily available to the course of justice.

crap2966.15 4] In that view of the matter, the condition imposed upon the applicant by the learned trial court is just and proper. 5] Application is, therefore, dismissed.
