PER COURT :- Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the petition, directions to decide the proposal dated 21.6.2015 seeking approval to the appointment of the original petitioner were sought. Subsequently, the proposal has been decided against the original writ petitioner. The petitioners would assail the same in an appropriate proceedings.

In the light of above, nothing survives in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of.
