These are the applications filed by the appellant for condonation of delay of 1330 days in filing First Appeals.

The impugned award was delivered on 21.5.2013.

The delay is sought to be condoned on the ground that some time was consumed to seek advise and instructions from the higher authorities. Thereafter, the applicant filed application for certified copies on 5.6.2013, date was given for

ca8308.17 delivery of copies 18.6.2013 and actually copies were delivered on 28.6.2013.

The other side has no objection.

For the reasons stated in the applications, delay of 1330 days caused in filing First Appeals is condoned.
