The grievance of the petitioner for filing the present petition is that the Tahsildar

2 W.P.No.4787/13 is trying to implement the interim orders passed by this Court dated 31.3.2012 in W.P.No.7699/2011.

It is submitted that Writ Petition No.7699/2011 is disposed of.

As Writ Petition itself is disposed of, the interim order would not survive and the final orders would govern lis.

If at all there are other proceedings initiated, the parties may agitate their rights in the said proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
