The learned Counsel states that the petitioner has filed representations with the Chief Executive Officer making grievance of he not being considered for the promotion (Page No. 19, 20 and 21), but the same is not considered and decided by the Chief Executive Officer.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no. 1.

Mr. Sonawane, learned Counsel accepts notice for respondent no. 2 and submits that respondent
