Order :- Heard learned counsel for appellant- Acquiring Body and the learned counsel for sole respondent. This Court under Order dated 9th October, 2015, granted stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Award subject to condition that the applicant/appellant deposits the entire decreetal amount within ten (10) weeks. But, it appears that, the appellant-Acquiring Body did not pay any heed to the order passed by this Court and not deposited the amount. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to stay to the impugned Award for creating hurdles in executing the Award on behalf of respondents. Hence, applications for stay stand rejected. The respondents-original claimants are at liberty to execute the Award before Executing Court by following the appropriate remedy under the Law. [ K. K. SONAWANE ] JUDGE rrd.
