These are applications for condonation of delay of 215 days caused in filing appeals under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Heard Shri Patil, the learned Counsel appearing for applicants - acquiring authority as well as Shri Bhide, the learned Counsel holding for Mr. Shirsat, the learned Counsel for non-applicants.

The delay is sufficiently explained and it is seen that the applicants were prevented by sufficient cause in filing appeals within limitation. Applications are not seriously objected by non-applicants. 4.

Hence for the stated reasons, Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "a". Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
