The appeal preferred by the insurance company has already been disposed of as withdrawn. The amount of compensation payable to applicant no.2 has been in deposit with the bank since she was minor. The amount in deposit of applicant no.2 has been directed to be paid to her mother.

The entire amount in deposit with bank with interest accrued thereon, be transferred to the Tribunal. The Tribunal shall pay the amount in terms of clause no.4 of the award. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
