Findings of fact recorded by learned Single Judge of this Court as well as Industrial Court to the effect that the appellant has failed to prove the employer and employee's relationship, need not to be reconsidered in the instant Letters Patent Appeal. We do not find any perversity in the concurrent findings of fact recorded by learned Single Judge of this court as well as Industrial Court. As such, Letters Patent Appeal is devoid of substance and stands disposed of. 3.

In view of disposal of Letters Patent Appeal, nothing further survives for consideration in pending civil application for stay and the same stands disposed of.
