This is an application for condonation of delay of 215 days caused in filing appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

The delay is sufficiently explained and it is seen that the applicants were prevented by sufficient cause in filing appeal within limitation. Application is not seriously objected by the non-applicant. 4.

Hence for the stated reasons, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "a". The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
