Heard. This is an application for condonation of delay of 96 days caused in filing revision against order of the Family Court. Learned Advocate for the applicants pointed out reasons mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the application and prays to condone the delay.

Learned Advocate for the respondent has strong objection for condoning the delay. According to him, delay is intentional and as the delay is huge, the said delay cannot be condoned.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the interest of fair opportunity, Criminal Application No.2080 of 2024 is allowed. Delay of 96 days caused in filing revision application is condoned. Registry to verify and register Criminal Revision Application.
