Learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioners have remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In view of that, though Mr. Dhage, learned Counsel for the petitioners sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All the contentions are kept open. No costs.
