The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-345 of 2015 registered at Shrirampur City Police Station, Tq. Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar, for an offence punishable under Sections 326, 365, 367, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is brought to my notice that the investigation in the matter is complete and charge sheet is already filed, as such, no further detention of the applicant is necessary.

The prayer is objected by learned A.P.P. on the ground that another offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code came to be registered against the applicant and in the present case, the complainant suffered grievous injury.

It is brought to my notice that in the subsequent offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant is already released on bail.

In the present case, the investigation is already complete and charge sheet is filed. No fruitful purpose will be served by detaining the applicant.

In view of above, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order:- (i) The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I-345 of 2015 registered at Shrirampur City Police Station, Tq. Shrirampur, District Ahmednagar, for an offence punishable under Sections 326, 365, 367, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
-3- (ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
