Leave to amend in prayer clause. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

The applicants are seeking their release on regular bail, in connection with Crime No. I-98 of 2016, registered at Sangamner City Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323 and 336 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicants were arrested on the date of the incident and are behind bar since then.

It appears that there is counter complaint, which has resulted into registration of Crime No. I-99 of 2016, registered at Sangamner City Police

criap2656.16 (2) Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code against the group of complainant.

The fact remains that the specific role is attributed to applicants, however, in view of the fact that the applicants are behind bar since last more than two months and looking to the age of the applicants, which is about 19 years and in absence of any criminal antecedents against them, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order the release of the applicants on bail. Hence, I pass following order :- The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I-98 of 2016, registered at Sangamner City Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323 and 336 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount by each of them. They shall not enter the jurisdiction of the concerned police station till filing of the chargesheet.

The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) sjk
