The learned AGP on instructions submits that within 15 days the committee would decide the proposal forwarded by the Municipal Council seeking promotional benefits to the petitioners. 2] In view of the said statement, Writ Petitions stand disposed of. 3] Till the proposal is decided the recruitment pursuant to the notification dated 9/4/2019 in respect of the posts which the petitioners are seeking promotion shall not be made. However, the process pursuant to the said notification may go on. Actual orders may not be issued. Till the proposal for promotion is decided the fresh persons shall not be appointed on the post on which petitioners are seeking promotions.
