At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application, with further liberty to file application for discharge before the concerned Court. Liberty granted as prayed for. The Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

In case such application is filed for discharge within two weeks from today, the concerned Court shall decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within five weeks from the date of filing the said application.
