Prima facie, we are of the opinion that the orders passed by this Court have been flouted by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dhule. There is no justifiable reason for causing delay in issuing certificate.

This Court had directed the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dhule, to issue certificate on the basis of tribe certificate issued earlier, recording correct spelling of the tribe since, the earlier certificate did not incorporate the correct spelling and as a result of which, there was difficulty for the petitioner to secure validity certificate. It is noticed that this is not the isolated instance wherein the officers of the revenue department are found to be adamant in their approach. We record our dis-satisfaction as regards the conduct of respondent no. 3 however, since petitioner has been

{2} cp427-18.odt issued corrected tribe certificate after issuance of notice by this Court, directing the concerned respondent to remain present before the Court and, since the petitioner makes a statement that he does not want to proceed further in the matter, we dispose of the petition.
