The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending since 2015.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (page No. 22) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
