This application is filed for condonation of delay of 3003 days caused in filing the first appeal. Applicant No.1 died during pendency of the application and the appeal. Now the appeal is being prosecuted by appellant No.2 - Ramdas. It is stated in the application that the applicant could not approach this Court in time because of the financial constrains and for lock of knowledge of remedy to avail of appeal. The application is by the claimant, whose land came to be acquired by the respondent - Acquiring Body.

Considering the above, this application is allowed and delay is condoned subject to costs of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) to be paid to the Library of Bar Association, High Court, Aurangabad within two weeks from today.
