Mr. Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of pension and gratuity as per the notification dated 17.1.2015 issued by the State Government, so also, in view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Nagpur in Writ Petition No.5771/2011. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner in writ petition No.6005/2015 had filed a writ petition bearing No.2956/2015, this Court vide order dated 17.3.2015 had directed the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of the grievance and in case of refusal, was granted liberty to approach this court. Learned counsel submits that orally respondents have informed that

WP 6005, 6014.2015.odt they are not going to entertain the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner in writ petition no.6014/2015 has also filed representation with the authorities, so also, the petitioner in the writ petition No.6005/2015 has filed representation.

We have heard the learned AGP for the respondents. 3.

In view of the fact that, in writ petition No.2956/2015, this Court had directed the petitioner to approach the respondents for redressal of his grievance and in case, on refusal by them, liberty was granted to approach this Court, the authorities were duty bound to take decision on the said representation.

As representation is already filed by the petitioners in both the writ petitions i.e. Exh.'M' in Writ petition No.6005/2015 and Exh.'I' in Writ Petition No.6014/2015, the respondent Director of Ayurved or such other competent authority, shall take decision on the said representation expeditiously, on its own merits, in accordance with law preferably within four months from today.
