Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2.

The matter pertains to accounts and transfer of amount, which will require more time. The applicant is a prime accused, as alleged. In view of the complicated issue involved in the case,

ba-909.24 the Court is of the view that it would not be appropriate to release the accused on bail before the charge-sheet. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.

It is made clear that these are the prima facie observations. The learned trial Court should not influenced by these observations if further application for bail is filed before it. 5.

Bail Application No.909 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
