Mr Vinod Patil, learned counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that the acquiring body has deposited the entire decretal amount under the impugned award passed by the Reference Court and complied with. Interim stay order passed by this Court. He submits that interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed till final decision of the appeal.

Mr Malpani, learned counsel for the original claimants fairly accepts this position.
