Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the statement was made earlier by the learned A.G.P. that the file of the petitioner is not traceable. Probably, in the fire that took place at Mantralaya the same was destroyed. It was further submitted by the learned A.G.P. on instructions that, the petitioner may give the copy of the revision memo and the documents so that the file can be reconstructed and further steps would be taken.

On the said date i.e. 21.01.2021 we had asked the petitioner to submit revision memo and documents filed by him to the Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department.

Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has submitted the copy of the revision memo and all the documents relied by the petitioner to the Revisional Authority.

In view of the said statement, the Revisional Authority now shall endeavour to decide the revision filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law and hearing all parties concerned.

Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
