Petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent No. 2 for providing her police aid as she apprehends danger to her life. Her applications dated 10.04.2023, 10.08.2023, 20.10.2023 and 09.11.2023 seeking police aid remain undecided.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned A. P. P. waives notice for both respondents and seeks time. Stand over to 10.06.2024.

In the meantime, learned A. P. P. shall take instructions in respect of applications submitted by petitioner. If applications are not decided, an endeavour shall be made to decide them and communicate the result to petitioner."

Learned APP tenders across the bar a copy of the report dated 10.06.2024 under the signature of Police Inspector of the

2 69CrWP1024.2024.odt concerned Police Station i.e. M.I.D.C. Police Station, Latur. As per the said report, the Petitioner did not appear before the concerned authority on the given date.

In view of the above fact, we direct the Petitioner to appear before the concerned authority on 20th June, 2024, during the office hours.

The concerned authority shall decide the Petitioner' s representation within a period of two (2) months thereafter. 5.
