We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate for petitioner, Mr. P.S. Patil, learned A.G.P. for respondent No. 1 and Mr. Bhosle learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.

At present, the petitioner has recently in June 2021 submitted proposal seeking validation of his caste claim. As the proposal is recently submitted, at present, we are not considering the other reliefs.

The respondent No. 1 Committee shall decide the proposal of the petitioner in respect of caste claim expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the

WP No. 7460/21 petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 1 Committee on 26th July 2021.
