Though there are multiple prayers in the petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted this petition by making an oral prayer to give directions to the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 9th February, 2015.

5704.16WP In the light of the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with direction to the Director of Education (Primary), Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the representation of the petitioner, on its own merits, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible; however, within ten weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner. It is needless to observe that in case the said authority wishes to hear the petitioner, the authority will be at liberty to do so.
