The petitioner is intending to appear for NEET examination and exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The learned Counsel submits that, the Committee be directed to decide the proceeding, expeditiously and preferably within one month. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

In case, the validation proceeding is filed in December - 2019 and is pending with respondent no.2 / Committee considering Gajanan
