The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has filed validation proceeding before the Committee in the year - 2020. The petitioner is intending to appear for NEET examination and exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The learned Counsel submits that, the Committee be directed to decide the proceeding, expeditiously and preferably within one month.

In case, the validation proceeding is filed in October - 2020 and is pending with respondent no.2 / Committee considering Gajanan
