Mr. Bhapkar, the learned counsel submits that, application is made seeking rental compensation, however, the same is not yet decided from November, 2014.

We have heard the learned A. G. P. and the learned counsel for the Acquiring Body.

Considering the fact that, the application is still pending, we pass the following order - I] The respondent No. 3, shall decide the application (Exh. A), filed by the petitioner seeking rental compensation on its own merits, in accordance with the law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of appearance of the parties.

II] The parties shall appear before the respondent No. 3 on 5th February, 2016.
