The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already surrendered the original Tribe Certificate with incorrect spelling to the SDO, Bhokar.

The SDO, Bhokar, shall verify the certificate deposited by the petitioner with incorrect spelling and if the same is issued by his office, shall issue the corrected typed certificate to the petitioner preferably within fifteen (15) days. On receipt of the Tribe Certificate with correct spelling of the tribe, the same shall be submitted to the Scrutiny Committee. The Scrutiny Committee on receipt of the corrected Tribe Certificate, shall endeavour to decide the proceedings preferably within six months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
