DATE : 25TH JUNE, 2015 Oral judgment 1.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard the parties finally by consent.

WP-6044.15 2.

Looking at the scope of the dispute and indisputable relationship and that the suit filed being for injunction, after hearing rival contentions, I deem it appropriate, as the appellate court is stated to have stayed its order which is impugned in present petition and since the pleadings by the parties are complete, that it would be in the interest of justice to direct expeditious disposal of lis between the parties. 3.

As such, the trial court shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Till disposal of the suit, stay to the order impugned in the writ petition stated to have been granted by appellate court would subsist.

4.

With directions as aforesaid writ petition stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute accordingly.

SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
