Civil application No. 13062 of 2025 is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited as per the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Perused the application. Heard learned

-2advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for the respondents strongly objected the application. However, considering the reasons stated in the application and the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% amount out of the deposited amount with accrued interest thereon. 50% amount shall be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The civil application No. 6101 of 2025 is filed for condonation of delay of 11 days caused in filing the first appeal. 3.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for respondents strongly opposed the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused is not deliberate or intentional. Therefore, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice. 4.

In so far as civil application No. 6102 of 2025 is concerned, the same is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that entire amount under award has been deposited in this Court. In view of

-3the same, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

In first appeal, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 24.12.2025. The learned advocates waive notice for respective respondents.
