It is brought to the notice of this Court that the proposal submitted on behalf of the Petitioner No.1 was positively recommended by the Respondent No.4-Project officer and Assistant Collector, who placed the same before the Respondent No.3-Additional Commissioner, Tribal Department. Positive recommendation was made on 22.02.2025, but till date there is no order thereon by the Respondent No.3. 2.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.3 to take a decision on the said proposal within six weeks from today.
