It is an application for condonation of delay. There seems to be delay of 112 days in preferring the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 10.1.2006 in M.A.C.P. No.296 of 2002 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Nanded.

Having regard to the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, delay stands condoned in the interest of justice. 4.

The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed. 5.
