We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. We have gone through the petition paper book with their assistance. Since the petitioner desires to lodge a specific complaint against respondent No.5 as he alleges that he has performed two marriages, he has more than two children, he has grabbed government grants, etc., the learned advocate submits that the petitioner would be preferring independent complaints to appropriate authorities.
3.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the petitioner lodges the complaints, if so permissible in law, it is left open to the authorities to deal with such complaints in accordance with law.
