Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the committee, however, the respondents are not allowing the petitioner to appear for examination and refusing to accept the form.

Mr. Bade Patil, the learned counsel for the committee states that it will take some time to decide the same. 2.

Considering the above, we pass following order: i.

The respondent Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within one year. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

ii. The respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceeding is 1/2

pending. The respondents can take further decision after the decision of the committee, in terms of the judgment of the committee.

iii. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.

iv. Authenticated copy be supplied.
