Heard the learned counsels for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.0200 of 2024, registered with Bidkin Police Station, District Aurangabad Gramin, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 143, 149, 323, 364-A, 504, 506 of the IPC.
3. The overall averments reveal that there was a dispute over the payment of Bhisi by the wife of the first informant. It has been alleged against them that to recover the Bhisi amount, the applicants kidnapped the wife and children of the complainant. However, facts reveal that on the very same day, wife and children of the complainant returned home. They did not suffer serious injuries.

Prosecution has opposed application only for recovery of the so called auto rickshaws allegedly used in the crime. However, the kidnapped wife of the complainant did not give
its number. It seems to be a civil dispute of Bhisi. The applicants are in jail for sufficient period. There are no allegations of use of any weapon and causing injury. 5.
For the above reasons, the Court is of the view that detention of the applicants behind bar would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) Applicant SHABANA MOHAMMAD ATHAR ANSARI in Bail Application No.959 of 2024, Applicant SEEMA W/O RABBANI PATHAN in Bail Application No.910 of 2024, Applicant Nos.1 SHILPA W/O RANJIT RATHOD, 2. RADHA BALIRAM RATHOD, 3. GANGARAM SHEKARAM RATHOD in Bail Application No.931 of 2024, Applicant FATEMA W/O AYYUB PATHAN in Bail Application No.939 of 2024 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of like amount each, on the following conditions : (a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They shall attend the Police Station as and when called on written notice till filing of charge sheet.
