The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime no. 32 of 2016 registered at Bhusawal City Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences punishable under section 420, 465, 468, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case against the present applicant is the applicant, who were partners of one construction company, has procured a forged salary

2 Cri. Appln. 2687-2016 certificate resulting into registration of crime no.32 of 2016. The applicant was arrested on 29/4/2016 and was subjected to custodial interrogation.

The Court below rejected the bail application of the applicant on the ground that the other co-accused Manish Bhat is not traced out and the applicant, knowing fully well about his income has sought for issuance of creamy layer certificate. 5.

Prime facie, in my view, the further detention of the applicant will be of hardly any assistance to the prosecution.

In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Hence, the following order:- 7.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime no.32 of 2016 registered with Bhusawal City Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences punishable

3 Cri. Appln. 2687-2016 under section 420, 465, 468, 470, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
