After having heard the learned Advocate for the applicant, this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail at this stage. The learned Advocate, therefore, came around to withdraw the application with a request to the trial Court to commence trial and conclude the same within time frame. If the trial could not be concluded, the applicant be given liberty to move application for bail.

In view of the same, the Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial Court is requested to frame charge within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and conclude the trial within next six months. If the trial could not be concluded within time frame, the applicant is granted liberty as prayed for.
