Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned A.G.P. for respondents no. 1 and 2 and Mr. M. D. Narwadkar, learned Counsel for respondent no. 3 submit that the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 8886 of 2018 with connected writ petitions, decided under the judgment and order dated 05.11.2018.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file an

2 wp 6956.20 application with respondent no. 2 for grant of affiliation. The Board may conduct the inspection and may take decision on the application of the petitioner for affiliation on its own merits, considering all relevant aspects of the matter within a period of four (04) months from date of filing the application.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
