This is an application filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of bail granted in favour of respondent No.2/accused in Crime No.372/2019, registered with Khultabad Police Station, Aurangabad, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
