It is submitted that, the petitioner is issued with the sports certificate by the Pune District Kurash Association. The proposal is sent by the petitioner to the Divisional Deputy Director, Sports and Youth Services on 28.08.2019. No decision has been taken on it.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3. Mr. Malte, learned counsel appears for respondent no.4.

In case, the proposal is submitted by the petitioner for verification of the sports certificate and the same is pending with the Divisional Deputy Directory, Sports and Youth
