Mr.Garud, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, make a motion for withdrawal of the petition. According to him, the proceedings under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is already pending. As such, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to clarify that this court has not examined the merits of the matter.

The amount deposited in this court by the petitioner be remitted to respondent No.4-Society for being
