After arguing for sometime, Mr Bajaj, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the State Government by submitting representation to the appropriate and competent authorities. 2.

At the request of Mr Bajaj, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, with liberty as prayed for.
